i doubt i'll write in here so you can check that

Practicing Perfection“I’m not going to work today,” she tells him with a little gesture he has never seen her use before. A tiny flick of the wrist and a carefree, barely noticeable, shrug. Carefree. Not a word that anyone would use to describe Alice Berger. Daughter of a secluded marine, she has always lived a regimented lifestyle. So, needless to say, Dan takes this sudden proclamation the way someone reacts after their chair has been pulled out from under them. He really doesn’t have time for these tricks. Half a shiny black shoe out the door, he is already worrying about being latePracticing Perfection

Secondly, thanks for visiting my gallery.
Thirdly, I took a look through your gallery and left you some comments. I may be wrong about this, so forgive me if I am, but I sense that you are fairly new to professional photography. I definitely see a lot of potential, but there's some room for improvement. There always is. :>
It looks like you're shooting your black and white pictures either on monochromatic color film (the kind of black and white film you can buy at wal-mart or your local drug store) or changing color prints to black and white after you get it on your computer. If either of these are the case, I would recommend buying some real black and white film (I prefer ILFORD HP5 myself) and shooting on that. It makes a huge difference, especially in the contrast of the image. You'll get a lot truer black in your photos and you'll just notice in general how much better they look.
Anyway, just a bit of advice, and if I'm way off, then just disregard it all. Heh. Like your devID, by the way.
Again, welcome to DA, look forward to seeing you around.
